if the playlist can only give you 39 points without the challenges requiring online features, i'm afraid there is not much you can do. double check if there's daily challenges there. or maybe you can play the game on a pc where you don't need xbox live to do the online missions. if you don't own one, you can logon any pc that can do any of the
I hope play ground games can re adjust the play list or points required etc please.
